Bass Run Lesson

Several of you were interested in learning how to add bass runs to your song. I've taught this skill several times in the Member's Q&A, and I think the best of the bunch is below, from 01:39 to 15:01.

Chord/Melody Flatpicking Lesson

Some of the more advanced guitarists in the workshop wanted to know how to add some melody to their instrumental sections. This is a skill that involves some knowledge of scales and music theory, some ear training, and dexterity. But I wanted to try to tackle the subject in my most recent Q&A to at least get you started.

You can find the lesson from 23:59 to 42:08.
